Perrie kept me informed booked a date both suitable for us and came and did the job. Reasonable price too in comparison to other places. I never thought I’d be this excited about a chimney… but here we are. Had my chimney swept today and honestly, I’ve never seen it look so clean. I’m pretty sure it’s cleaner than parts of my kitchen. From start to finish, everything was spotless — no mess, no soot clouds, no surprise indoor snowstorm of ash. Professional, punctual, and somehow managed to make chimney sweeping look like a highly skilled art form instead of someone fighting a fireplace. The suction was so good I briefly considered asking them to do the rest of my house. If your chimney is feeling neglected, moody, or just plain sooty — this is your sign. Absolutely brilliant experience with Midlands Sweeps. Perrie fitted a Baxi Burnall fireplace for an elderly friend of ours. He also obtained a new fire grate for the system and fitted that for him. Our friend hasn’t stopped praising Perrie to us, saying what a fantastic job he did. We were so impressed we’ve since had Perrie round ours for a fireplace inspection. He smoke tested the chimney and used his drone to find, much to our delight, two hidden chimney pots we can’t see from below. We will be having him back to install a log burner. Can highly recommend.
